Ive been trying to get a simple itinerary for 1 of the advertised trips on MK bobby naidoo travel agency site, Ive phoned and the lady to assist me was of absolutely no help she couldnt seem to email it to me it kept giving an error apparently, she couldnt fax it, and she didnt even try to at least suggest another way, I emailed them using the email address on the site and have received no reply and I even called again, someone answered the phone and I asked if this was MK bobby naidoo travel agency, and was told yes but they are closed. Why even answer the phone. Its pretty obvious these people dont require the business at all or are simply not interested. Ive dealt with many travel agencies and all have been on the ball to provide information, this is the very first place Ive come across who seem totally uninterested. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
