Translux spoilt my Christmas holidays

On the 22nd12/12, I booked bus tickets for Sibusisiswe Masinga (my partner) and Lethabo Mtongana (my son) from KWT to DBN. We missed the bus in KWT and got it from EL. Around 20H00, Sibusisiwe and Lethabo were left stranded in Kokstad after having taken a relief break. Sibusisiwe and myself tried to reach Translux customer care via telephone and we were both successful, however, we didn't receive the help we expected. The claims of the person who was attending to the call is that the bus driver was not picking up his phone. I pleaded for help, stating that the chronic medication of my son is in the bus and he cannot do without it (he has Asthma). Again this did not lead to the help that was expected and Sibusisiwe managed to get herself and Lethabo to DBN using another bus operator (Greyhound).
o There was no head count done to ascertain that all passengers had returned to the bus before driving off from Kokstad. I thought this was the norm.
o The driver did not answer calls from customer service.
The Christmas present from Transulx did not end there for Sibusisiwe, as she discovered the next day that the belongings of her bag were by Translux staff.
