Insurance worth nothing, change price rip off

On 5 April, I booked my flight to Durban and back (31 May - 9 Jun). I took the additional insurance offered on the website by checking the box. They make this look like if there is any change required for whatever reason, the only cost will be the additional cost of the ticket if there is a difference in the price.

I have had to make a change to my ticket, and phoned the call center.

First, they not only know nothing about the insurance, but have told me its a third party company and they have nothing to do with it! The cost of the change is over a R1000.00, even though on the site the cost of the ticket is only R1300.00, and I have already paid over R1000.00 for my initial ticket. ON THE WEBSITE, its states:

"If you need to change your flight dates you will still be covered. To ensure you are still covered make any flight changes by calling the kulula Contact Centre for no additional service fee. This way we ensure your policy reflects the new flight details. A revised policy schedule will be emailed to you with your new dates."

I find this completely unacceptable on behalf of Kulula, and would like a full refund on both my tickets.
