I have just been online purchasing tickets on your website. I was purchasing a flight ticket for my mother to come visit me in JHB prior to her departure to London.
I selected my dates, the booking came to a total of ZAR 1, 365. Which I agreed to pay as it seemed reasonable. I proceeded with the prompt and entered in the necessary information of passenger and contact details.
I called my mom to tell her that she is coming up to visit me one last time before departing to the UK and hit the pay button. I was then asked what method of payment I would like to use and then an error pops up stating that there is a pricing error.
In mid purchase Kulula decides to change their price??? How can you offer a price and then change after the consumer has agreed to pay???
This is not acceptable...
