TODAY WE FIND THAT ONLY TWO OF THE THREE FAMILY MEMBERS WERE BOOKED AND CONFIRMED AS DISCOVERY HAD SPELT THE SECOND NAME OF THE THIRD PERSON INCORRECTLY ON ITS DATA BASE. AN EXTRA "N" PRESENTED A SECURITY RISK TO KULULA SO TICKET COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED.

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, CLIENT IS TOLD THEY HAVE TWO HOURS TO PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR ANOTHER TICKET BY AN UNHELPFUL CALL CENTRE AGENT. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!
