Since when Does kulula not allow one to change the name on a ticket, I had planned a holiday in SA with a Thai friend who could not come, and i have had to invite a local as all hotels, flights and Ship trip were already paid for. Everyone has allowed me to change the name of the passenger/customer and kulula flatly refused, and when i asked for a refund refused this too. They have forever lost my good custom, as now i have to buy a 3rd ticket for the new traveller. I don't believe this falls within the Consumer Protection Act.
