The driver is rude and not willing to assist woman

Hi,

I'm on the bus from Durban to Pretoria. 8 April, 11:00...

The driver was very rude, he said that because his a Zulu man he won't help a woman. Those were his exact words. The fact that I'm a woman has nothing to do with the service that greyhound is suppose to provide me. He was very Rude and has a problem that I'm women. I had to sort my own bags out!

I'm sitting down stairs and the floor is wet. What type of service is greyhound providing. You can't even walk without feeling like your in a lake!!
