I WAS OVERCHARGED

Would like to express my dissapointment with SAA agents, i was making a booking for my daughter as an unaccompanied minor and the lady that assisted me said i must call back to check if the booking has gone through, i did that and Patric confirmed that booking has gone through then he said the booking was 1680 and i told him that i wanted the booking for 872 as per the internent and then he amended the booking and confirmed that the booking was amended to 872 and he sent forms to complete to make the payment, then i called to check if the forms have been received Isaac assisted me then he suggested that i can also pay using my card, I did that and only to find that they have charged me 1680, then he said the money will be reverseed within 24hrs and then i kept on calling to check nothing happened, then Patrick called me and he said i must make a new booking and pay another money and then the 1680 will be reversed with 21 working days, i refused. Then i asked to speak to their supervisor nd then Baldwin said he will organise a waiver and will pay the diff, then I was charged R810.00 instead of R83, 00. (I AM RUNNING OUT OF SPACE AND WILL APPRECIATE IF SOMEBODY CALL SO THAT WE
