I have been trying to make a booking at the Hotel and Spa since 17 April. I sent in a booking enquiry through the website. A few days later I received a response from Charmaine. Since then I replied 3 times but no response. I find this pathetic... Badplaas has a lot of good memories for me and I would very much like to have a weekend break-away there - but how could I be sure that my visit will not be like the pre-visit-service I am getting now? That is if I succeed in making a booking.
