Pathetic Transport ever!!!

I'm travelling everyday using a train, i have never saw a pathetic transport like this, what me off is the fact that if the train is faulty they dont even bother to announce and if they do, it will be an hour later, there is nothing hurts like waking up on time and arrive late at work.

Your urgent action to this matter will be kindly appreciated
