I booked a flight from Lanseria to Cape Town for me and my son departing on Wednesday and retuning on Saturday. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my son can't go any more and I asked kulula to change the name on the ticket to that of my daughter as she is joining me now. According to kulula the name can't be changed and the booking can't be cancelled, I must buy an additional ticket for my daughter.
