Flight delayed 5.5 hours!!!

I booked a flight for my husband and I through Kulula on British Airways from Oliver Tambo Airport to Windhoek. Upon arriving at check-in this morning we were informed that the flight is delayed 5.5 hours! The delay is supposedly due to yesterday's bad weather affecting yesterday's Johannesburg - Port Elizabeth flights and three of them being rescheduled for today. We were given a R60 Wimpy voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. My complaints are as follows:
1. We were not informed of the delay beforehand - we travelled 6 hours to reach the airport!
2. A 2 or even 3 hour delay is irritating, but 5.5 hours is inexcusable!!! I have had to cancel our accommodation in Swakopmund as we will not make the 350km drive today (R790 loss)! I will have to arrange alternative accommodation in Windhoek (R800 at least) = This is R1600 extra cost to myself! They can shove their Wimpy voucher!
3. This domestic flights are only delayed by an hour or two, whereas our flight is delayed 5.5 hours!!! Why is the international flight the lowest priority?
I am disgusted by this service and infuriated that I will now incur these extra expenses due to their poor scheduling. I am cured of Comair!
