I am so upset with the bad service that i got with Greyhound Buses The Bus was suppose to be in Potchiefstroom at 8 the evening on the 31/03/2013 at something to 22:00 or 23:00 I called customer care I spoke to Yolanda who was very Rude she first ask me for the ref number in the rude way I then gave her so i ask why is the bus still not the and i was angry the first thing she told me not to be rude or use valgar languege cause its not her fault that the bus is late and if i have conplains i should call customer complainse so i told her that i cannot call they must call me she told me that she cant do that we had to fight over that the whole time because of that up until she admit that someone will call me... People this bus was late 6 hrs and its at night i mean i have full right to be angry and Yolanda was suppose to know that my parents knows no one there and Yolanda is telling me that Bus is still in Park station and she doesnt know why I so hate Greyhoung I grow up respecting the bus due to its service but now I am so dissapointed and i wont travel with that bus cause i dont trust it
