This has got to be the worse company i have ever stumbled onto. There is a congested bus full of frustrated people who need an answer as to why we are stuck in port elizabeth for a document that will apparently take 3 hours to get to the driver. The level of unprofessionalism is something no person working for the company should be proud of. Its a sham of a company that should relook at its performance and think twice about operating again. I have forgiven the shocking fact that they said they would open at 5 am to redeem my online booking, only to find out that was the biggest rumour. Offices closed and driver opens the office with no idea of whats happening. Im pregnant for goodness sake, i do not want to stranded in pe for your ignorance. We are paying customers, i hope you never succeed fully because money and no service delivery is your alma mata. Its easter weekend for goodness sake. Why do we have to be held ransom for a measly document,???!!! Shut down before people make enough of a noise to shut you down! Sies!
