Poor Service

On 29 Nov 2013. I took a greyhound bus dbn to pta at 13:30 and it was suppose to be in Pretoria at 22:00. It was 1 and 1/2 hour late. with no apologies from them as a result I arrived very late and on our way home we had an accident. My friend is now without a car. Should the bus be on time we wouldn't be that late. I blame the bus for the poor service since the fares are ridiculously high. Ticket no T7GT1MKJ seat 4B.
