I wanted to make a deposit to secure a booking for the Robben Island tour so i went on the internet to get their banking details but they were not there so i phoned ticket sales 0214134220 and was told my method of payment will not be possible because it has to be done 21 days prior to secure a booking. This very important information is not on their webite and this is just another example of why touring our country is just impossible. It's because of these types of restrictions which you are not even told about via website unless you make a call. The only method of payment that is available is via credit card which again means for me the ordinary South African who has no credit card stands no chance of going on this tour. Anyway hope you and tourists who make deposit 21 days prior to booking enjoy the tour because as for me i am highly dissappointed at being deprived the opportunity to learn about my country of birth, I suppose the priority is making sure that the 'foreginers' are catered for and as for the rest of us the closest we will ever get is just to see pictures and hear from international blogs on how great the Robben Island tour is
