I would like to make use of this opportunity to thank and compliment Trafalgar for a wonderful experience during our European Horizons tour (May- June 2013).
Through the whole process, from booking right through the actual 16 day tour, we only experienced professionalism and consistently exceeding expectations. The specific day to day arrangements during the tour, the quality of hotels as well as the points visited were excellent.
Special mention of the qualities of the tour director must be made. Martine clearly has many years of experience and can only be described as the most friendly, efficient, caring, walking encyclopaedia we have ever com across. Thank you very much for a great time.
