Lost Luggage

Thanks to Translux (autopax group) for their response after 3 months of my luggage being lost from their bus, i understand and I know that they are not responsible of any items or luggage lost but I'm still confused about the investigation they were doing regarding my luggage because I've never received updates or findings of their investigation but they are very brave to tell me something I already know that "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ANY CUSTOMER'S ITEMS" Being not responsible for those items, why did "Translux" asked for the list of items which were within my luggage? Again I thank their poor service and their carelessness
