Extra baggage (bicycle boxes and wheels) are not charged for on some routes and charged (excessively) on other routes. In other words, it depends on who is on duty, what mood they're in etc... as to whether the charges apply or not. This isn't "caring for the customer", in fact this kind of inconsistency is not in anyone's interest but Kulula's. Another rip off to add to the list.
