What a disaster this morning at the Civic Station - officials were just shouting at the commuters that terminal numbers have changed - no communication beforehand that routes will be changing as from today. There was no queue at platform 7 - everyone was just pushing along - I am 7 months pregnant and was shoved around I eventually just walked to the back and waited.
How can you just change routes etc without informing your passangers. This is a paying service - we are in fact your customers.
Then to top things off - the new feeder bus we got onto was leaking water excessively I was soaked by the time I got to work.
Really is this how you treat your customers??
