My wife, with my 91 year old aunt, flew from Cape Town to Lanseria. Flight MN476. I requested a wheel chair, and waited with bated breathe, as there are normally problems with this type of request. Kulula just took it in their stride and my wife said that the service was EXCELLENT.
They took my Aunt right to my vehicle at the collection point, with a smile and "no problem" attitude.
Thank you to all corncerned, for the GREAT SERVICE, which is rare these days.
