I am currently sitting at George Airport for a flight to Johannesburg - we have been told that the flight is delayed by 50minutes. No explanation or apology, it is just on the board. When i asked doe an explanation I was told they do not know. I have had several experiences with flights being delayed in the past few months and I feel that Kulula and ACSA should give passengers a reasonable explanation, apology and reparation for the inconvenience.
