On the 07th October 2013 I booked two return tickets with my cheque card from OR Tambo to East London. I made an error by typing an incorrect surname on one of the passengers to mine, when I called at the call centre to rectify I was told I have to buy a new ticket there's not even a fee for changing. It mean I just took that money and threw it away. I don't understand why I cannot be allowed to change the surname when I made the booking with my own personal card and it can be linked back to me. I feel like it's unfair and exception can and could have been made as I reported this on the same day I did the booking.
I am very unhappy with the service that I got from the kulula company.
