I was booked to fly to Johannesburg on the 22nd June, 2012 on flight number SA 8053, which was due to depart from Moshoeshoe 1 International airport, Maseru, Lesotho, at 10:30. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather.

I then lodged a claim for a refund about three weeks after the incident and was advised to check after approximately a month and to quote the following number : 083 2116522486 4. Nothing has happened since despite various attempts by me to visit the airlink office at Moshoeshoe 1 international airport.

I feel that i need to be reimbursed the amount owing as well as interest that would have accrued if the money had been saved in a commecrial bank.
