This is the third time we are using your bus. Two times the bus broke down and we have to sit and wait. Although we supply a two phone numbers when we book the tickets NOBODY can make an effort to contact us and inform us that we are going to wait an extra hour and a half for the bus to arrive! I think that this is totally unacceptable. Fortunately there are other carriers that we will be using in future. Sort your busses and customer service out!
