No availability/ Call Centre giving incorrect info

I called in April13 and was told the stock hasn't been release yet. I called again today and there is no stock available. Yet I phone the resort myself and they have stock available.
Is The Holiday Club going down? Do they have too many members and no resorts? They just never have stock available. In the meantime I keep losing points year after year... why? The Holiday Club has no stock available. Looks like a money making to me. Maybe I should contact Carte Blanche to look into this.
