TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have just been given the position of Manager at a franshise that is to open in Maseru, Lesotho in 2weeks, i was in your business and commercial section hoping to get information about the procedures and processes and required documents for opening a business account as instructed by the employers. I approached Semaemae Moshoeshoe who although courteous, half way throught helping me answered his phone and proceeded to have a conversation with someone else, I waited patiently, ince he was done I told him that it was unacceptable what he had done, he apologised but proceeded to busy hiself trying to get ahold of someone on the phone, he then told me to wait cause he is busy.

I then tried to go to the Head of Business and Commercial (i did not get his name) he looked over me and basically scooted me to the side telling me to go deal with the above mentioned Semaemae Moshoeshoe, when i tried explaining to him that he was the reason for my complaint he told me he is busy and i should go find a manager. I then waited in the foyer for a Ms Maki (apparently a manager) to come attend to me, I was there for over 20mins and eventually left.

I am appauled.
