GENERAL DISSATISFACTION

Good day

On the 14 January 2013 my son commenced his professional career, utilisitng the MyCiti from Milnerton to the Gardens.

After 2 complete months he is TOTALLY DISSATISFIED with the service. He leaves home at 06h20, and by the time the bus arrives at his stop, he has to stand, and likewise in the evenings, on the return journey (no matter what times he leaves his office after 17h00)... oh, and your passengers do not like fresh air! He told me he couldn't 'handle' the sweaty, smelly bodies etc., and windows are closed, which is a health risk - fresh air doesn't kill.

He has now taken to riding his bicycle from Milnerton to the Gardens, so sadly, you have lost a client and be assured for every compliment you gain there are probably - 20 negatives!
