Myciti Bus Service
New Bus Service That Doesn't work for me

Here is a brief breakdown of my experiences that MyCiti DO NOT DELIVER. I am not going to go into all of the details, because what's the point. I see that they do not respond to complaints anyway.

14/12/2013 11h30 bus on route 104 did not arrive at all.

14/12/2013 Bus from Camps Bay to Civic - Door not operational. You had to use the emergency door button

14/12/2013 No Busses stopped at the Breakwater stop

14/12/2013 13h17 bus only arrived at 13h27 on route 104

18/12/2013 17h46 bus did not arrive at 3 Anchor Bay

With that being said their tag line reads something along the lines the reliable bus service for all.
In my experience it should be the UN reliable bus service.

Let the "bosses" of MyCiti man their phone lines for a day or two to get a feel of what is actually happening out there.
But then again they would have to leave their ivory towers and get their hands dirty.
