MyCiTi bus services is advertised that first bus from STADIUM bust stop leaves at 04:13 on route Airport - Civic Centre - Waterfront (A01).
However, when we arrived at the STADIUM bus stop by 04:00 it was closed and we could not get inside. We called MyCiTi help line by 04:00 and reported that bus stop is closed and was assured that "someone" will come and open it.
By 04:13 we did see as the bus passed the staion without stopping at it despite that we frantically tried to get bus driver attention.
04:13 we called to help line again to ask what is going on and were advised that they will send email to their superior!!!
We walked with our luggage to Granger Bay bus stop just to discove that it was also closed. We made another call and again did not get any help.
We had to stand on the middle of the road to catch the next MyCiTi bus!!! Otherwise we would be late to airport.
It is very disturbing incident as showing very poor service delivery and mismanagement.
