So this morning i get on the bus without any knowledge that the routes have change, i pay only to find out that the bus i get on is no longer the bus i should be taking. As a result i missed a meeting that would have brought my company a lot of money. There was now signage and the people working at the station (Thibault Square) didn't know what was going on. This is blatantly negligent and i will make sure that i don't use the service again and that everyone else is made aware of it. It's is not the first time i have been delayed due to lack of communication, but it will be the last. There are multiple ways this could have been prevented, even a simple piece of paper on the glass of the station would have sufficed. Very disappointed and i will be pursuing this.
