BAD ETHICS

Last week tuesday 12th march i was due to fly back on the 8pm flight from cape to johannesburg on flight MN460.When checking in i was told that there were no available seats left for me and that they had overbooked. I argued saying that surely if i had a ticket for the flight that there was obviuolsy a seat booked for me which wasnt the case as kulula had overbooked. So the stressing and incoveiniance of making sure i had a taxi to the airport was really a big waste of time and money, not to forget the money spent at spur and primi on both food and drinks. Then also being told there were no available flights out that evening left me even more stressed knowigly that i had work the next day. I was then told a shuttle would collect me and take me to a hotel in town which would be either the fire and ice or southern sun, later to find out it was some hotel id never heard of in Somerset. Once arrving at that this so called 4 star hotel which im sure it wasnt i went to have dinner in the lounge where there was a below average buffet laid out. After my first grapetiser i ordered a second where i was asked if i... NO MORE CHARACTERS LEFT TO COMPLETE COMPLAINT PLEASE CALL WITHIN 24HRS!!!
