Lack of Communication. Terrible Service

I enquired through [URL Removed] about a Guest House in Pretoria. I received a quote & i accepted the quote @ about 11:00am on Tuesday morning. I made payment the following morning before 11:00am, with a reminder as this quote will exprire @ 16:00pm on the 13/03/13. I emailed the proof of payment through to Noluvuyo @ Safari on Wednesday @ 11:35am & asked to advise if this booking has been confimred. Booking will be confirmed once funds clear. (i paid direct from ABSA to ABSA) Funds should clear the same day. That was the last email I received from Noluvuyo. I then phoned and she wasn't available & i sent another email to info & to Noluvuyo, still NO FEEDBACK!! I needed Confirmation for this booking. Thursday afternoon I received a phone call & a voicemail was left stating that the proof of payment has been received and the booking will be confirmed at the end of today (thursday) No email was sent regarding this conmfirmation. We arrived at the Guest House only to find out that the booking was never confirmed. No after hours number for this "so called" Travel Company. The lack of Communication is terrible!! SafariNow will take you for a ride and not feel guilty.
