Kulula ruined Two oceans for me

I did a holiday booking for the Two Oceans Marathon at Kulula. First I had problems retrieving my accommodation and car rental vouchers as the consultant did not confirm my payment causing delay in release of vouchers. Then, at arrival at Lanseria we were refused onto our flight, claiming that we were late, even though we were checked in more than half an hour before our flight. The attendants at the ticket sales did not provide us with alternatives to reach Cape Town claiming that all flights were fully booked. We managed to get business class tickets from OR Tambo at a very high price after several hours of waiting at Lanseria. I then contacted the hotel to inform them of our later arrival just to find out that our booking is not on their system (even though I confirmed with Kulula two days prior to traveling). Apparently our accommodation was transferred to another hotel without even letting us know. The reception of the hotel would have been closed by the time our flight arrived and if we did not make that call we would not have had accommodation for that night. I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service we received from kulula. Not even to mention flight delays.
