I am deeply hurt after my encounter 'with the notorious bus service SA ROADLINK. After their trail of incompetence and dreadful services i decided to give them a benefit of a doubt and bought a ticket to Durban. Unfortunately i missed my coach' as the manager arrogantly put it and in the midst of trying to call rebook my phone battery died. I was dismayed by the scornful attitude i got from the manager when he told me i could not be re-booked for the next available coach. Dumbfounded i could not even bring myself to explain and plead for my case as i am still grief-stricken with loss of my mother. I am deeply hurt, the last money i was going to use to get to the funeral has gone down the drain. Is there anyone who can help correct this inhumane act? My eyes are clouded as i type.
