I had booked for a bus to leave JHB for Dbn for 20:30. It then turns out SA ROAdlink do not have a bus leaving parkstation at that time for Dbn. I found this out from the other passegers who were as disgruntalled as I was. We were not notified about this delay officially nore were there sales attendants and staff at the ticket booth of SA Roadlink. It turns out that the bus we were suppose to take is was in the parking bay, for the entire delay. There was a large number of customers who needed to board ths bus, and it appears there were already people inside as we boarded who had also been waiting for it to leave.
2nd an hour and a half out of Jhb the bus started having mechanical problems. This was a very sy experience for the passegers as this was around 00:00 midnight. Some passengers tried to ask the staff of SA Roadlink what was the problem to no avail. This problem continued to hamper our trip and so I deceided this was the best Idea during the trip itself.
I tried not to be emotional nore act like a MR know it all during this message. I am dissappointed in the service we received. I was very hurt that Companies like SA Roadlink are still allowed on our Roads. Please help!
