On Sunday, the 17th of March 2013, my brother was suppose to catch a bus to Cape Town, leaving from Klerksdorp. He booked a ticket on Sunday Morning and his ticket reference number was RL7531155. I drove him from Mafikeng to Klerksdorp and waited for the bus for 30 to 45 minutes. We decided to phone the Roadlink call centre and the guy that answered the phone told us that the bus was cancelled we must find alternative transport and they will refund us. Afte the inconvenience, We then drove to JHB to find another bus and our refund. The lady initially refused to give us our refund but phoned the manager who approved the refund over the phone and also promised us a free ticket as part of compensating us for the inconvenience. I have been trying to get hold of the Manager and Nicole to claim the free ticked and book for my brother again since the 20th March 2013 and everyday I am either told that Nicole will call me back or the Manager is not in. Now I am wasting more money calling them and I want someone from Roadlink to call me and sort this out because really its an inconvenience on top of an inconvenience.
