On arrival, I asked for a glass of juice
Reception staff unfriendly
Unit-filthy (confirmed-guest liaison officer)
Water leaking-light fitting in bathroom
Toilet seat-urine residue beneath it
Dead bugs all over incl beds & dish rack in kitchen
Microwave-filthy & rusty inside. Took 4days (from 5.01.2012) to place the micro in correct place so it can be used
Cleaner-Saturday morn banging dishes & drawers, complained to reception & was told housekeeping will pay me a visit. Never happen
Overall-entire area is gloomy & dismal, resort isnt maintained
If I hadnt arrived @resort after 3pm on 04.01.13, I wouldve returned to Jhb!
After my long drive, I couldnt settle in as the staff were reparing & cleaining
Is this what I & every other member pays levies for, substandard units? Waterberry Hill I was told is one of your best resorts, if so, then your standards must be extremely low!
Part of the levies is for resort refurbishments, is that money allocated for refurbishment or does it go to a kitty for the clubs use?
I've had 3 nasty experiences @your resorts in the last 4 years, this is unacceptable!
