Poor services at potch resort

I'm shocked by the service i recieved at yor resort. We arrived to a filthy place that was not cleaned at all. i reported this to the resort, who promised they will send someone out to come an d look at the place. No one ever came to inspect the place. Only when i check out did everyobe rush. I was promised that the manager will call me back after i sent a letter of complained, which i did 25nov. No one has bothered to call or let me know whats going on. My refund has not been done - it's just total silence form the resort. This is unacceptable services and i will never go back to that resort ever.
