Hi, me and my friends went to Badplaas on Saturday 02 November 2013 to the 03 November 2013.We booked a 4 Sleeper Chalet.
I was very dissapointed with the overall hygeie of the challet and the public facilities. Im a regular visitor and its the worse ive seen the resort.
The pools (Hydro) was full of sand inside.
The outdoor hotwater was Filthy with leaves, insects and dirt.
The slides pool also just as filthy.
On Sunday Morning when we woke up the resort had no water which was of great inconveniece as we could not shower, nor go toilet as the toilet would not flush. Breakfast also was disrupted and inconvenienced.
Our chalet the tee vee to our disgust was FULL OF Dirt and spider webs!!! (Took Pictures for evidence)
The staff at the hydro aslo very rude, unfriendly. Noticed this was just to us people of colour. Change of attitude is definatly required.
Got a very sour taste overall this weekend of the once lovely Badplaas!!!
