Extraordinary customer service!

We were guests at Waterberry Hill resort (Hazyview) for the long weekend (9-11 Aug 2013). We arrived soaking wet on our motorcycles and were personally welcomed by the resort manager Mr Johan van der Merwe and offered a welcoming drink. His friendly and helpfully attitude immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The booking in process by his wife was professional and swift and in no time we were in our cosy chalet. Saturday morning was again wet and as the on-site kiosk does not stock perishables we anticipated riding to town on the dirt road, again in the rain to purchase food and drink. Mr van der Merwe would have nothing of it and personally took us to town in his car. He also arranged firewood for the braai and offered to arrange that the spa manageress visit us in the chalet to discuss possible treatments. The afternoon we took a stroll around the resort and stopped at the kiosk for some refreshment only to find it closed. The security guard immediately called the resort manager's right hand man who opened the kiosk just for us without any complaints. The managers and his staff's commitment to customer service is of the highest standard and commendable. Thank you!
