Hi Kulula.
Just want to know why can you make Name Changes to a existing flight??? Last year you could still make name changes!!
So you give me 2 options: either cancel your flight and loose R2100.00 or change it to another date! I really don't want to change the date, because I will be leaving South Africa on the 29th of March.
Please can you assist in this matter! Your call center is not friendly/helpful at all! Get people in that are willing to help!!!
You will really start losing business in this matter!
