My wife is flying tonight to Amsterdam with our 7 month old baby. She applied online for a basinet weeks ago, but there seems to have been a problem in the booking system. Anyway, she was told today that there was unfortunately no basinet for the baby to sleep in... but Ashleigh managed to get my wife upgraded to Comfort Plus class to give her (at least) more room.
