I booked a flight for my frind using my credit card. I then mistakenly put my name under passanger. I called Kulula to just change the name of the passanger which was not myself. They refused and told me they cant make name changes. I was then informed I will loose my money as the ticket was not refundable. I mean why cant they change the name of the passanger, its not like I was saying I want to change the flight details or something. Beware people this is how these companies people dry and make huge profits.
