Refund, bad service, no feedback

1/12/ 2013 I bought a Greyhound Ticket from Harare to Johannesburg. On arrival for check in around 12noon, I was informed the "new check-in time is 18.00hrs" because the bus delayed. Nobody cared to call and inform me about the 6 HOUR DELAY. I asked for a refund because I needed to be in Johannesburg by 9am on 2/12/2013 due to work commitments but "Arthur" told me they had been told by "JP Buissoa" at Johannesburg head office NOT to give refunds. He signed my ticket and told me to request a refund when I SOMEHOW get to Joburg. I phoned the call centre 0839159000 and was told, refunds take 7 days. I made my way to the airport and came aboard SAA same day. I have since emailed to request my refund but all I got was a reply "we have forwarded to the relevant department" and there was no sender name on the email. I asked when I should expect feedback and who will be contacting me but nobody bothered to reply. To date I am still awaiting my refund.. I did not use my ticket and I WILL NEVER USE GREYHOUND AGAIN. My attempts to get help from the manager Mr Marowa were futile as he slammed the door in my face. NO apology, no empathy. Has Greyhound's service deteriorated to such?
