It was on a Sunday I had to drop my aunt off. She is a pensioner, the bus came late more that 1 and a half hour without notification. I complained at their hour dept. And they had a lot of stories. At this very moment 01h20 Friday morning, once again, late, I got a sms notification saying the same old story, operational problems. I an getting sick and tired, I feel going to every newspaper and make them bad.
This is unacceptable as people work according to plans.
