I am shocked at how Mango airlines are operating. I have an urgent interview to attend so I needed yo cheapest flights and as I am a usual flightier I knew Mango would be the cheapest. Due to me not being close to a computer I asked my partner to due the booking for me, while I was on the line she made a mistake with the name. I told her not to worry and she should contact Mango to quickly rectify it. Upon calling they requested R170 to rectify the name. I work in the advertising industry and know how word of mouth spreads like wild fire and is currently disgusted with this extra ordinary amount. I really cant wait to escalate this matter further and people need to really be aware of the hidden ways that Mango goes about making there money.
