The sleepliner that travel's from Pretoria via Vanderbijlpark to Mossel Bay was due in Vanderbijlpark at 16:30, today 23/12/2013. The fact that the bus was late and that the passengers were waiting in pouring rain is may be a fact of life that I am quite sure of, was not planned by Intercape. So, what is the problem? Five telephone calls, five different stories, or, five different and this from a company that preaches Christianity. Lesley, Stacey and others from whom I could not remember the names each told my wife and I different story and all we wanted to heat was: Sir/Madam, this and this happened/is the problem and the bus is due in Vanderbijlpark so and so time, But no, we have heard from the bus is there now, will be there in 10 minutes, still in JHB, was already there. And in the meantime I am on the way to a heart attack. I have not expected such or incompetency from a supposedly reputed company. I will think long and hard before I ever make use of Intercape's services.
