I requested various quotes from a number of suppliers including Hi-fi for 25 units of 40" TV and 5 units of 65" tv, i then requested the same quote online to which i got a response from a lady named Karen from the customer care online, she forwarded my request to the branch and they responded with a quote on shelf price with 1 of each unit requested and on the email stated they will beat any quote, i waited some days becaus the sales rep said his branch manager had been in a meeting for the whole day and when she was available he would request the discount then revert with the quote, few days later i heard nothing and emailed the rep again, the branch manager gave their price and still confirmed to beat any quote by 5%, when i attached a copy of the quote i recieved from the other dealer the manager responded without beating the price as she had promised, this frustrated me because i waited a whole week to conclude my quotes and Hi-fi not only wasted my time they reneged on their promise to beat my price which is also stated on thier website, to date the manager has not responded to my last email i guess customer satisfaction and keeping your promise in not priority
