When we went to Mossel bay for our December holiday, we stayed over at Karoo Country Inn or Karoo Ouberg lodge (This is the names that are on the emails - not sure which one they booked us in, but same owner.)
We requested a breakfast box as we left the next morning at 4h00 am. The elderly lady (receptionist) informed us that unfortunately they don't pack breakfast to take away, but we can just request a refund from the owner, Deone. I have emailed Deone with my request, and no response at all. When she wanted me as a client, my email received a response within the same day - so obviously it is not her intention to give me good service or have my business for future. I am really disappointed in this lack of integrity. I would like to get feedback and receive my refund as promised.
